I have worked with youth, adults, and couples for a number of years in community and mental health settings. My clients experience a wide range of issues, such as: anger management, burn-out, stress management, sleep difficulties, communication troubles, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, job dissatisfaction, boundary issues, historical and current abuse, and parenting support. I also supports couples in working through issues that are putting stress on the relationship, and specialize in pre-marital therapy. I am certified in Prepare-Enrich and utilize this in my work with couples.I provide a range of services, such as: Individual counselling, couples counselling, educational sessions on mental health, workshops, and career assessments. I practice using a collaborative and solution-focused approach. Clients can expect to develop an understanding of the issues in their life and will be given the tools to change the aspects that they are not happy with. Clients are encouraged, empowered, and supported in taking charge of their life.
