Leads all Digital Marketing projects by partnering with marketing creatives, business analysts, product owners, and development team.I manage all Digital Marketing Projects including but not limited to website building, email marketing, CRM management, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud integrations, Agency and Partner relationship management, and much more. I manage from 25 to 30 projects at a time with strict deadlines and multiple simultaneous tasks across multiple management platforms including Jira and Wrike. I have developed and created multiple processes used across all teams within our department including Digital Application Support, Compliance, Training, and IT.I have assisted and managed our digital marketing migration from our previous CRM to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, successfully migrating hundreds of emails, campaigns, print and social assets, as well as the data from thousands of user records.

I manage the digital projects and timelines for all things Elevation Worship and Elevation Outreach. We create websites, landing pages, copy, email, strategy, ads, design and digital marketing. Works closely with a team of Digital Specialists to ensure all facets of each media plan are executed accurately and optimized according to their performance throughout the lifetime of each campaign.Develops complex and cutting-edge media strategies for grammy award winning Elevation Worship Records, Elevation Rhythm, and Elevation Outreach.Establishes media KPI's and sets expectations for optimization and campaign performance.Plans and executes online marketing tactics such as Display, Video, Mobile, SEM, Paid Social and Programmatic Buying. Presents data-driven recommendations for campaign/landing page optimization to top-level client representatives. Evaluates and present campaign findings and makes recommendations for clients' future business growth.

I manage and oversee all video pre-production planning, on-site production activities, and production edit deadlines. My goal is to deliver high quality product on time and within budget.I ensure all projects are on schedule via project management software and have created all standard operating procedures. Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained. I manage permissions with other organizations as well as all contractors and invoicing.

STAHY is a non-profit that provides after school care for the homeless, high risk, and behaviorally challenged students in Saint Augustine. As the Regional Director, I ensured all areas of our company were running smoothly. I founded and created an after school program non-profit for local, homeless and transitional students. I oversaw and created daily programming ensured tutoring, lunch, homework help, classes (ukulele, carpentry, drawing, basketball, dance, choir, jewelry making, swimming, photography, embroidery, and so much more) as well as and council to each of our students between the ages of 4 and 17. I designed, created, and wrote copy for the website (​www.STAHY.com​) as well as directed day-to-day operations of STAHY programming and business. I managed and directed the daily educational goals of each attending student and provided tutoring services through partnership with local school homelessness liaison.Another side of my position was the management of all budgeting and donation reporting to board members and monthlysupporters. I created and designed web interface for website and donation tasks and provided direct help with underprivileged family issues by creating lasting relationships to local financial and administrative personnel.

Provided financial council for 54 homeless families, being house at the coalition with the intention of gaining permanent housing and steady work. Created individualized programs with weekly goals and steps in place, leading to 46 of those families finding permanent housing and exiting the program. Managed and reported on all state and privately funded grants provided to ESHC. Procured funding for 2 new houses to be constructed to house homeless families at the coalition.

Counseled customers on market current status for residential and landmarkets. Guided homebuyers and sellers through the process of short sales.Generated lists of properties that were compatible with buyers' needs andfinancial resources.
