I have completed coursework toward a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration and Policy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in the fields of art, culture, and management. I am currently a Content Manager at Hue Loco, a company that produces hand-dyed yarns and accessories for the knitting and crochet communities.As a Content Manager, I drive the operations workflow and optimize the team performance through strategic management. I also create compelling graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Suite and Canva, and plan and execute engaging social media campaigns and blog content. I collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and maintain high quality in high-volume production. I train and mentor new employees to ensure consistent, high-quality work. I am passionate about creating and sharing beautiful and inspiring content that connects with the customers and showcases the company's products and values.
