Leads the design and branding of the DoD Cyber Exchange, a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) website with over five hundred pages and over two million visitors per month. Synchronizes the release and maintenance of three enclaves: Public, NIPRNet, and SIPRNet. Point of contact for DoD COVID-19 telework information. Designed and developed the National Security Agency (NSA) Crypto-product catalog.

Lead the redesign and deployment of the DoD Cyber Exchange, coordinated conversion from SharePoint to WordPress CMS, and migrated hosting to AWS GovCloud. Evaluated and procured third-party software to implement application features. Utilized Agile practices including scrum meetings and sprint schedules. Delegated tasks using Asana. Worked directly with the client to format content in a clear and aesthetic presentation. Ensured adherence to 508 compliance and cross-browser compatibility. Developed a WordPress LMS proof of concept.

Developed new content areas and updated existing sections of the DISA, IASE website. Implemented a site redesign and converted the public and NIPRNet sites from static HTML to SharePoint. Managed the IASE inbox for content requests. Provided graphic support for PowerPoints, print materials, and other various web projects. Designed a new website and logo for BPS Billing, a Behavioral Health insurance claims processing company.

Designed websites, user interfaces, logos, presentations, print collateral and multimedia for a variety of clients. Met with clients to assess their business goals and developed a strategy for corporate branding. Worked with clients through all stages of development and support. Managed and formatted website content using WordPress and custom HTML/PHP systems.

Designed a consistent brand throughout the website, presentations, reports, print materials and convention exhibit displays at the Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). Designed and assisted in development of the new TATRC website. Oversaw all updates and additions to the public website and intranet. Designed and formatted presentations, scientific posters, brochures, and banners. Provided guidance and assistance in interface design, usability and organization of web applications.

Produced graphics, PowerPoints, animations, and 3-D models for closed circuit television training as well as live presentations at the Social Security Administration. Modeled 3-D virtual sets in Maya and produced custom animations in After Effects for television programs. Designed graphics for posters, banners, brochures and other print material. Ensured adherence to 508 compliance regulations and broadcasting guidelines with regards to graphical positioning, font and color selection.

Assisted in all stages of media production. Developed scripts and storyboarded ideas, shot and edited video, and was responsible for putting the finishing touches into each project.

Assisted in the production of videos for award shows, television broadcast and promotional ads. Designed and animated graphics, digitally retouched photographs and worked as floor manager for live events.
