About Sarah Petschonek, Ph.D., Mba

At 7 years old, I learned that each of us have the power to improve the lives of those around us. That life lesson shaped my career. For more than 20 years, I have integrated principles of psychology and business to build a better world. One of my favorite theories of business psychology is the "Satisfaction Mirror": happy employees lead to happy customers, then happy customers improve job satisfaction. This simple concept has been a common thread connecting my experiences in consulting, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and academia. I specialize in:- Strategic planning- Process improvement- Employee engagement- Business transformation- Organizational effectiveness- Culture change management - Purpose-driven businessesIn addition to my work life, I travel the world, learning about people and culture. I recentled volunteered with the Ukrainian Refugee Crisis in Krakow, Poland.
