Our Training and Assessment officers deliver Health & Safety Training and Workplace Assessments (NVQ’s) in Construction. We train new starters coming into the construction industry, skilled workers, experienced operatives and tradesmen in various training programmes that ensure companies, organisations and individuals stay safe. We have a team of Trainers, Assessors and Quality Assurance staff with over 50 years’ experience within Construction and The Built Environment. We are a One-Stop Training Centre where we deliver all types of training from SSSTS, SMSTS, as well as NVQ Assessments covering a full range of qualifications from NVQ Level 1 to NVQ Level 7. This range encompasses basic labour, skilled workers, plant operators, site supervisors, site engineers & surveyors, assistant site managers all the way up to contract management.Our training and development teams directly contribute to increase safety and best practice through improved knowledge, understanding and skill levels. All our training and development teams continuously monitor their industry knowledge skills through the process of continued professional development (CPD) whilst adhering to changes within the National Occupational Standards.As part of this service we pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our customers’ needs to create and deliver training solutions that effectively meet their statutory, strategic and operational objectives.We believe that a proactive attitude to training and development is the best investment that can be made to ensure success for the future and a return on investment.
