• Created exclusive education opportunities for Certified Association Executives, including a special invitational program with The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, focused on translating the practices behind Ritz-Carlton’s legendary world-class service to association management.• Negotiated a solution which ended a five year debate among competing organizations over industry accreditation programs by guiding three independent task forces representing ASAE’s interests.• Designed and implemented strategy for increasing West Coast member satisfaction while decreasing costs which led to an increase in new membership and a decrease in membership loss. • Developed communication plan for recognizing newly certified professionals, which led to increased awareness of certification programs worldwide, both inside and outside the association industry. • Facilitated the work of a volunteer research team composed of industry experts and academics that developed a new authoritative literature for an industry certification program.
