Supervisor to planning division staff. Lead on the new agency-wide asset management plan and compliance. Identifies available federal funding and seeks new sources of funding. Annually submits competitive grant applications. Has assisted the agency in securing two TIGER/BUILD Grant Awards, Highway Safety Improvement Program projects, Federal Flex funding from Rural to Urban and helped to advocate for a set allocation of STP funds towards the agency. Manages systemic transportation programs and interagency coordination. Acts as key contact for various projects between communities, organizations, regional, state and federal level agencies. Attends local agency led project meetings and sessions and various governmental committee and group meetings.My goal is to continuously work to provide motorists safe and efficient travel in Oakland County.
