The main purpose of my role was to co-ordinate both commercial and private events at Sandy Park. This covered anything from an exclusive dining experience to a 3-day long exhibition accommodating up to 100 individual exhibitors. I worked with all of my clients from the initial stages of their enquiry, and once the event was confirmed I advised them on menus, agendas, logistics, room plans, suppliers and AV. I then ensured that all of the above was clearly communicated to the Operations and Catering Team who oversee the events on the day.
