Sarah Primus LMT, SPTA is located in Indianapolis, Indiana and is offering services with a special focus on cupping therapy, deep tissue massage and energy tools. Located at Diversified Wellness Center she provides advanced therapeutic techniques in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Sarah has been providing therapeutic massage to residents of the Treasure Coast in Florida for 17 years since 2004 and Indianapolis residents since her move to attend University of Indianapolis's PTA program in 2020. She owned and managed a successful wellness center, Synergy Institute from 2014 - 2020, providing advanced therapies, spa services, continuing education to other Massage Therapists, as well as yoga and self care classes to the community of Sebastian and Vero Beach. She caters to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors and her services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries. She has advanced training in a variety of techniques and modalities including Trigger Point and Myofascial Release, Reiki and Energy Tools, Dynamic and Static Cupping, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports/Deep Tissue and various modalities and diagnostic tools including joint and nerve mobilization, manual muscle testing, joint measurement, assisted stretching, etc. Sarah is currently a student and will be graduating from the PTA program at University of Indianapolis in August 2022.Sarah understands that each client is unique; she will listen to you and personalize each treatment session to meet your individual needs.
