I'm proud to have been a part of Health-on-Line’s journey, helping the growth from 60 employees to nearly 500 and become a part of the AXA Health. Joining at such a pinnacle time allowed me to grow with the company, expanding my skill set and remit. Problem solving has been at the heart of my role throughout. Whether it’s launching a new product and a team, introducing new system capabilities, managing a third-party relationship or producing a pitch, my main objective is to achieve the best outcome in the most efficient way. The most important focus is always the customer experience, ensuring they have the best experience of HOL and AXA as they can. My role as a Senior Manager has allowed me to influence the culture and strategy with our people, forcing me to step outside of my comfort zone regularly and challenge my own way of thinking.
