Commercial Financial Management of the NSW Business. I managed a Team of 6 people (with sub-ordinates) in order to Business Partner the NSW Sales Team. The role also involved Business Partnering the Call Centre Nationally.Responsibilities included:- Managing a Team of 8 people (with sub-ordinates);- Business Partnering the NSW Sales Team and National Call Centre with a focus on performance analysis in relation to: volume; gross margin; trade spend; net margin; COGS; pperating profit (after indirect costs); prepared weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts.- Coordinated the state’s compliance with FBT obligations and assisted with the Audit requirements of the firm; and- Educated and trained the entire NSW business in Excel, SAP and Business Intelligence to allow for their personal development.

National Pricing and Article and Product Analysis.Responsibilities included:- Managed a team of 3 people (dotted line reporting for month-end purposes);- Implemented and analysed the impact of price rises (including maintaining the pricing of national and inter-company customers);- Assisted with the Audit requirements of the firm; and- Educated and trained the entire national business in Excel and AS400 to allow them to use the systems.

Tax compliance and consulting services for external clients.Responsibilities included:- I provided both compliance and consulting services to a range of clients in relation to their tax affairs; and- I regularly led group technical training.

- I tutored and taught classes, assessed submitted work and supervised examinations and marked those examinations for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees; and- Assisted with various research projects within the Faculty.
