I collaborated with a peer and a faculty member in a campus ecological study of the Pinus palustris on campus as a part of the Summer Undergraduate Research Program. During this time, I gained experience creating and designing maps and figures and collecting and analyzing data utilizing dendrochronology techniques. We presented our results at the UWF Student Scholar Symposium in April 2022 and published our results in Springer's "Urban Ecosystem" in January 2022.
