-Deliver academic instruction to at risk populations from ages 16 and above-Preparing students for GED test, increasing skills to perform at the post-secondary level or to take advanced training classes, and to obtain career-oriented employment- Administer academic & vocational assessments- Provide individual tutoring, curriculum development, monitoring student hours and progress, identifying student learning styles, tracking student outcomes & performance, utilizing internet-based programs & software, tracking distance learning and evaluating- Track student outcomes and performance utilizing Rhode Island Department of Education's CALIS - Approve CALIS entries for the agency's three locations

• Creating floral arrangements to display and sell to meet seasonal demands• Responsible for ordering floral department products from Stop and Shop wholesaler pertaining to customer needs• Providing premier customer service by greetings all customers that enter the department• Answering all questions pertaining to floral department products with expert product knowledge• Providing quality inventory checks to ensure customers are receiving exceptional products

- Assisted in Courtroom 9 and Courtroom 14 of the Superior Court- Processed criminal cases and entered information into CMS, Filebound, Banner and RICH- Worked closely with police departments and victims of crime

- Observed interviews of suspects and witnesses- Observed officers writing police reports, applying for search warrants and completing accident reports- Witnessed firsthand how police make and handle traffic stops, accidents, arrests & death notifications- Entered, scanned and filed ten prints into the computer
