CurrentProvide and coordinate provision of appropriate supportive counseling to children and families referred for intact family servicesConduct announced/unannounced home visitations as necessary and assess for the safety and well-being of childrenSupervise and monitor family living arrangements as necessaryCompose service referrals and arrange specialized assessments and services as requiredComplete IDCFS required assessments, visits, and reports at required intervalsPrepare required reports for court, IDCFS, and other paperwork in a timely mannerMaintain confidential files and documentation including social history, case plans, court reports, documentation, of services and other necessary information Participate in case staffing, court hearing, and other meetings related to case planning and case management as requiredParticipate in pre-service, in-service and other required and voluntary training as appropriateWork cooperatively as a part of a family support team
