Brands include: Baby Steps, Symbiotics and Bioactive.Joined the company as a Senior Designer and was promoted to Design Studio Manager one month later to restructure and modernise the studio, and bring it into line with the requirements of the business: Investigated leading-edge technology and ordered new hardware and software; liaised with the IT team over sourcing of products and installation Established a new creative briefing process and a job numbering system to improve the efficiency of the studio Recruited new designers, increasing the team from three to eight, to reduce turn around times Negotiated with printing companies to lower prices and improve production times Re-branded the company to give it a fresher, more modern look Pitched to the senior management team for new equipment to raise the quality and standard of service provided by the design team
