1.加强内控环境建设，健全相关内控程序，并监控其有效运行，以满足SOX及公司政策要求； 2.监控公司各项财务及税务活动，确保其符合中国的商业和税务法规，协调与相关管理部门关系 ；3.确保及时、准确的向总部和本地监管机构提供符合US/PRC GAAP和公司会计政策的财务报告 ；4.参与公司业务战略和计划的制订，策略效果评估并采取措施，以达成公司长期目标； 5.基于财务分析确认关键“业务驱动因素”，定义KPI以帮助管理层更加有效的评估经营业绩； 6.设计并推行适当的预算制度和程序，以提高业务计划过程的效率和效果； 7.负责组织预测和预算的编制，并监控KPI执行情况，建议采取改进措施实现年度目标； 8.通过财务分析，为管理团队提供业务进展情况及问题所在，并建议改进措施； 9.营运资本管理（控制应收款和存货的总体水平和结构），制定现金计划； 10.作为管理团队成员，参与业务流程的持续改善和优化活动，以不断提高公司运营效率； 11.对所有采购和销售合同进行财务方面的审阅，确认其适当性及是否符合公司政策； 12.与中国会计师联系，安排企业年度报表审计和税务审计事项； 13.为下属雇员提供持续的培训以提高其能力，并激励其达到既定的业务标准。1. Ensure strong internal control environment maintained and proper procedures in place to meet SOX404, corporate standard and financial control policy. 2. Ensure company’s all finance and tax activities are carried out in compliance with local regulation, and manage the relationship with local authorities. 3. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly finance report to US headquarter and local authorities 4. Participate in the development and review of business strategy/plan to meet BU’s vision and target. 5. Identify business driving factors and define KPI to help management team better evaluate performance 6. Develop and implement adequate budget system to aid effective and efficient business planning process 7. Organize the preparation of budget/forecast and CAPEX plan, follow up and monitor KPI to meet AOP. 8. Analyze and review of revenue, cost and SG&A expense relative to the goals, interpret deviation and provide suggestions for improvement to management team. 9. Manage working capital including: keep appropriate AR/AP/Stock level and aging, cash management. 10. Participate in the “Process improvement program” as member of leadership to optimize operation process and improve its efficiency and effectiveness 11. Review of purchase and sales contract to determine its appropriateness. 12. Liaise with local Auditors/Accountants regarding year-end audits and tax matters.

Provide tax return filing, tax planning, and other tax advisory service.

• 记录产品销售收入，成本结转，处理增值税，核对内外部各类往来款项、预收/付帐款和合同，增值税纳税核算和申报缴纳，总公司的营业税、所得税税务核算和申报缴纳。 • 通过盘点核对和调整各类存货帐，编制存货和成本相关会计记录，熟悉子公司生产成本控制存货管理及核算流程。 • Booking the products revenue, cost expenses, dealing with VAT, checking the payment advance of the sale contract, recording all related taxation return for local & state tax bureau. • Reviewed and reconciled inventory accounts, prepared inventory cost booking.
