Sarah earned her master’s degree from Chapman University in Marriage and Family Therapy. Through collaborative and transformational techniques, Sarah helps individuals rediscover their inner strength to create lasting change. ​Sarah works to increase self-worth, establish healthier boundaries in relationships, and increase understanding of goals for a deepened feeling of worthiness.
