Appointed to the CGI Australia leadership team. Responsible for the Human Resources function for the Australian business with an employee base of 450. Accountable for designing and delivering the local people strategy, implementation of global programs, and compliance obligations.

Standalone HR Manager role responsible for all Human Resource and people related activities such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, award interpretation, conducting employee investigations, payroll, Occupational Health and Safety and workers compensation across 12 sites throughout Victoria.

HR Business Partner providing operational and strategic HR advice and counsel to Vice President Product Development. Delivered effective and efficient HR initiatives for dedicated client group covering recruitment, employee relations, Enterprise Agreement interpretation, performance management, talent and succession planning and change management.

Partnered with Application Services leadership team to design and implement HR plan to achieve business goals. HR coaching, advice and counsel to managers on a broad range of employee issues including performance management, misconduct, talent and succession planning, workforce planning and utilisation. Deployment and implementation of HR programs and initiatives across business unit. Application Services consisted of 1700 consulting and delivery professionals across Australia and New Zealand delivering an end-to-end systems integration and custom application development to a range of clients. The business unit was aligned to clients and projects and constantly evolved to realign to market demands. During this time, a large telecommunication client moved 500 IT roles to India to reduce costs.
