I am Marketing Director for Transworld, Penguin Random House UK, working on a range of commercial fiction and non-fiction titles/authors and leading our brilliantly creative and talented marketing department. I have also completed Bronze Level of Coaching for Performance and will be training over the course of the next year or so to become an ICF qualified coach. I lead year round brand strategy and top level multi-platform campaigns for #1 best-selling fiction authors including as well as launch campaigns for debut fiction authors. I also manage campaigns for many of our high profile, mass market non-fiction authors. My strengths include brand management, innovative campaign planning and implementation, coaching and mentoring, active listening and empathy and I am super organised, efficient and will deliver - I am very good at putting a plan into action.
