The company has extensive business relationships with meat and milk processors, farm input suppliers, other farmers and discerning international customers. Products and brands using Pamu's high quality meat, milk and fibre are exported all over the world in the food and fashion industry.- Lead and develop Pāmu Foods deer milk business plan to effectively grown our deer milk and dairy products across New Zealand and internationally by delivering on sales targets, growth and provide outstanding customer experience and engagement with Pāmu. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for deer milk covering multiple markets to increase brand awareness and deliver revenue to both our partners in market and ultimately Pāmu. - Lead full brand and marketing function of the deer milk Pāmu Foods business, 28k operating budget.- Assist with NPD and take responsibility for product development, trademarking, in market research and execution in domestic and international markets. Work alongside business partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing and product launch campaigns. - Manage our dairy B2B customers and ensure effective execution of our Pāmu brand across both domestic and international markets. Our Vision: To become the premium supplier of meat, milk and fibre for niche markets globally.

- Lead and develop the implementation and execution of the Pāmu New Zealand corporate brand plan across all touchpoints of the business including website, partnership marketing collateral, print, social etc.- Work closely with business partners across our Pāmu Meat and Wool businesses to implement the PR/media relations strategy and developing marketing and communications plans to grow our high value Pāmu products across domestic and international markets (USA, Singapore, Germany etc). - Achieving results through B2B and B2C partnerships and brand marketing campaigns. - Build stakeholder relationships: develop relationships with key partners, manage relationships with PR agencies and coordinate activities, in addition to handling the day-to-day running of a busy press office.
