The details of this Non-Profit Organization is still in early development. This organization will be focused on helping those with mental illnesses find help, resources, and provide them with the support they need in coming to terms with their illness.My position as Co-Founder consists of gathering literature, and montitoring sources for new literature that applies to the mental illness commmunity. Researching doctors and therapist with mental illness expertise and providing those contacts to the mentally ill community. Creating a website where all the information we collect can be easily accessed.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)Responsibilities Included – Excellent customer service to customers as well as potential customers. Identifying prospective members, and referring them to desk executives for setting up new services. Assisting customers with; deposits, withdrawals, money orders, cashiers checks, travelers checks, savings bonds, and a wide variety of other products.

Responsibilities Included – First hired in to assist designers in scheduling appointments with new homeowner’s to select flooring and countertop materials for their new homes. Then promoted to countertop department to assist manager with everyday operations, such as; ordering materials, taking calls, communicating with superintendents, and installers when needed. When manager was out of the office, I was responsible for everyday operations and making sure that all installer were scheduled and jobs were completed in a timely manner.
