• Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems. • File judgments, petitions, pleadings, and any relevant documentation relating to the case with courts. • Prepare documents for trial by organizing exhibits and verifying the information needed. • Call courts to schedule hearings, trials, and conferences. • Maintain attorney schedules for attorney representing our firm in Kansas and Missouri counties. • Drafting Demand Letters, Agreements, Decrees, and other documents to assist in the execution of Court proceedings.
