Ik ben daarbij verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van een betere dienstverlening richting deze sector.Onder mijn begeleiding stellen we strategische, tactische en operationele jaar- en kwartaal doelen op en zetten we acties uit die we als team oppakken en uitvoeren. Het is daarbij belangrijk om veel contact te hebben met onze klanten om ze zo goed mogelijk te begrijpen en ondersteunen.

As project manager at TOPdesk I am responsible for successful TOPdesk implementations at our customers. I specialize in projects in the public sector and I also manage internal projects at our own IT department. My main goal is to always deliver high quality project results while at the same time creating a productive and engaging working environment for both project members and the customer who is going to use our solution.Next to this, I am the dedicated planner for a consultancy team. I make sure they are highly billable and keep improving their consultancy skills and knowledge of our customers in the public sector. I work closely together with sales, customer solutions and our support department to improve our service.

The Symposium is a highly appreciated customer event organized bij TOPdesk and is regarded as the place to be for Service Management. In 2012 this event was visited by more than 1200 people who rewarded it with an 8 on a scale from 0-10.In my role as Symposium organizer I was responsible for developing and managing the Program content and I designed the Information Market and arranged the Partner Sponsoring.
