Having worked within the community in various Community Development and Management roles and in the third sector. I have a wide skill set which includes juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure. Small bid writing, monitoring and identifying and applying for grants. Organising fundraising events and income generated activities. Monitoring and evaluations techniques to gather and report on success, need and impact. Broad experience working in busy community centres and wellbeing hubs for over 10 years. I have had many different roles in that time as the community has evolved. I have worked with and supported vulnerable adults and children and understand that patience, discretion and kindness are valuable qualities to have within my role.Exceptional planning, administration and organisation skills, particularly in events planning, implementation and management/leadership.
