As a Chartered Psychologist with a successful career spanning over two decades, I have inspired leaders, empowered teams and strengthened organisations to become a force for good in the world across the world. I've always loved writing and have kept a journal since I was 11 years old. As the author of three groundbreaking books, I am all about creating a more vibrant company culture through shared purpose, authentic dialogue and effective leadership.My latest book, 'Now We're Talking' hit the shelves in 2024. 'Powered by Purpose' was published by FT Pearson in 2020 (with a foreword by Paul Polman, former CEO Unilever.) 'How to Have Meaningful Conversations' came out in 2019 as a second edition with a foreword by Neale Donald Walsch, a best-selling author who has topped the New York Times charts several times. As an international speaker, I am renowned for presenting 'Keyshops' which combine a keynote talk with an experiential workshop. Through the weaving of inspirational storytelling, wry humour, and intuitive flashes, people leave feeling inspired and equipped to take their next step with cutting edge insights and practical how-to's. I have been invited to deliver keynotes and workshops at top institutions such as The World Bank (Dhaka), Schmidt Science Fellows (Toronto), Mortgage and Finance Association (Brisbane) and Govern for Impact (Quebec.) I am a regular speaker at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and recently co-facilitated a ten-module programme on Leading Authentic Dialogue for participants in China. Since the publication of 'Powered by Purpose' (which won the prestigious 2021 Best Thought Leadership Relocate Global award), I co-founded the Purpose Collective and co-led over 60 online sessions for more than 3,000 people worldwide. My passion for purpose, meaningful conversation and authenticity threads through all my work along with my expertise in organisational psychology, dialogue and leadership.
