After taking a year sabbatical to travel I joined Gateway to work on client acquisition and service.As the Lead Researcher, I am typically the first person to work with a client order once the requirement has been negotiated with the client. I manage a team of two whose job it is to identify potential candidates for a role. At this point the Account Manager will typically review the first cut and my team will reach out to establish their interest. The candidate marketing journey will typically continue with the recruiting team.Additionally, I am responsible for market and marketing research activities for our account management group.
