I am an account manager for a leading global organisation. I work with many major sports brands, working with exterior embellishments for performance garments. This role involves communicating daily with key customers, placing orders and working with production sites in Europe and Asia. Working with our design team to create artworks. I work with football clubs to help them develop graphics to use as heat transfers to apply to products in their personalisation areas. My previous role as a retail project manager with 3 years experience of implementing store specific projects for a Premier League football club. My retail knowledge has been gained from working for 22 years in various retail store positions including management positions for the clubs flagship store. My role as retail project manager see me collaborating with various departments and third party contractors ensuring that we meet tight deadlines and deliver a consistent and best in class fan experience. The projects I have delivered to date include new store openings, pop up store openings and closings, implementation of green screen, roll out of new store uniform and special events such as player signings. I worked with the IT department to map out all of the current retail business processes. I have my Prince2 foundation qualification and hope to continue on to the practitioner’s course.
