My role as an Office Assistant in Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) covered a variety of tasks in a high-paced, dynamic company. As CIP was a newly started company back in 2016, I had a significant influence on the different tasks linked to my position in the secretariat and how to execute them most efficiently. Those tasks included everything from general ad hocs tasks to arranging internal and investor-related events, managing corporate subscriptions and e-mail accounts as well as being responsible for all travel management. Especially the latter, was an essential part of my job, as I was responsible for booking all the business travels. As the company grew, it necessitated me to work extremely structured in a high pace.In general, this position taught me how to work fast in a high-demanding, international and changing environment. Also, it enhanced my ability to structure and prioritize my time when working under pressure while still being able to maintain a service-minded approach.
