◦ Orientar e direcionar os aspirantes a desenvolvedores na elaboração de soluções aos desafios propostos na aprendizagem de tecnologias de Desenvolvimento Web Front-end;◦ Acompanhar de perto e contribuir de forma geral para o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental de cada aluno;◦ Garantir a melhor metodologia de absorção das competências por parte dos alunos;◦ Avaliar continuamente o desempenho e desenvolvimento do aluno durante a atividade teórica e prática;◦ Organizar e acompanhar os alunos complementando o plano de aulas com o objetivo de promover a aderência aos conteúdos teóricos e práticos ministrados em aula;◦ Auxiliar o Instrutor das aulas, com as atividades e demandas do dia a dia;◦ Liderar uma equipe de peer coaches com a finalidade de dar suporte aos alunos, corrigir as atividades propostas e dar feedbacks para que eles melhorem suas soft e hard skills.

◦ Guide and direct aspiring developers in the elaboration of solutions to the proposed challenges;◦ Closely monitor and generally contribute to the technical and behavioral development of each student;◦ Ensure the best methodology for absorbing skills by students;◦ Continuously assess student performance and development during theoretical and practical activities;◦ Organize and accompany students, complementing the lesson plan with the aim of promoting practical maintenance of the teachings taught and students;◦ Assist the Instructor of classes, with day-to-day activities and demands.◦ Lead a peer coach team to support students, correct students' activities, and give them feedback about their hard and soft skills.

◦ Help the educational team answer students' questions about HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Git, GitHub and React JS. ◦ Support mentors monitoring students, performing technical tests, providing feedback and suggesting improvements to the material, thus helping students to develop soft and hard skills.

◦ Plan, register and execute pedagogical activities, providing meaningful learning for students; ◦ Monitor and evaluate students' development and progress; ◦ Plan, register and execute various educational events such as the annual cultural fair.

◦ Responsible for reception and its duties such as attending customers and company employees, in person and over the phone. ◦ Responsible for issuing and selling bus tickets.
