Department of Labor (DOL), Veterans' Employment and Training Services (VETS), platform provides construct for job assistance, workshops, employment counseling, and employer outreach opportunities. The foundation of these programs has been built with developed trust, intentional care, researched innovations, and dedicated pride for those who served and the spouses that supported them in their time of service. Workshops strive to maintain active knowledge base of workplaces, jobs, and requirements for transitioning Service Members and their spouse's ensuring information and career tools are available to aide in a seamless transition to the civilian sector. Service Members are guided in identifying goals, assisting with recognizing employment or education gaps, and developing skills necessary for life outside the military. Facilitation of three DOL curricula have been implemented to help assure a smooth transition. DOL VETS TAP works to streamline the process, striving to take away some of the stresses experienced in an extreme change of life event. Facilitators are dedicated to providing supportive encouragement, while exploring a range of possibilities for solutions.

Bridging military programs, independent donors, military family events within installation guidelines to manufacture a mission readiness for the armed services while promoting the military families and military spouse professional network through programs like Hiring our Heroes on the homefront for greater mental health awareness and productivity of those serving, those who serve.

Naval Services Family Line- Hawaii, Japan, & Remote Continuum of Resource Education Facilitator for Military Spouses; Board Member • Generated instructional seminars, workshops, and procure subject matter experts detailing informational materials and forums empowering military spouses in military protocols, integrating into military life, CONUS/OCONUS, incorporating continuous modifications of policies and regulations, and how to find job placement and career development goals as a military spouse • Streamlined general aspects of leadership scope with databases, budgeting, publicity and working cooperation with military family support centers, fleet and family, and military friendly entities• Supported and contributed to development and execution of strategic responses for global endeavors

• Supervise general operations of tasked activities, functions, planning, and execution of group goals and initiatives to better serve the commands area of responsibilities for the T.E.A.M. Working to introduce San Francisco communities to the Navy and Marine Corps bands and visa versa with the emphasis of highlighting unity through music, and promoting the Merchants District Association with sponsorship of local concert venues.

Working with community proprietors to plan out event details to include location scouting for enrichment trainings at island installations. Seek to find businesses to help support the mission of strengthening the military spouse professional network charter in Hawaii. Create event proposals to build community relations between civilian and military spouse counterparts.

Train volunteers on emergency response protocols, expectations, and simulated shelter exercises while teaching basic psychological first aid based on FEMA CERT manifest incorporating religious based practices.
