On a daily basis, I work with human resource personnel and/or in-house counsel to prevent or solve employment-related problems. I've defended employers against claims involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), state wage payment statutes and everything in between. I work with companies of all sizes, ranging from very small businesses through publicly traded corporations.
