Management of talent acquisition, compensation, and the service center support teams. Primary responsibilities include the design, implementation, and strategic planning for talent acquisition, compensation, HRIS employee records, health and voluntary benefits, leave and FLMA Administration, and the tuition reimbursement program. Responsible for the examination of complex analysis and data, in support of strategic Agency planning and providing recommendations to senior leadership. Also, responsible for the development, analysis, leadership, and administration of the Agency’s compensation program aimed to attract and retain top talent while adhering to the Agency’s budget.

Responsible for the management of the Agency’s staffing, compensation, and classification strategies. This includes the design, implementation, measurement, monitoring, and sourcing methods within the talent acquisition process. Responsible for workforce planning including effective recruitment strategies. Provides the development and implementation and day to day support of compensation policies and programs to enable the Agency to achieve its objectives. Responsible for the development, leadership and administration of the Agency’s compensation program aimed to attract and retain top performing employees while adhering to the company’s budget. Also responsible to evaluate the competitive nature of present compensation through research, surveys and analysis of trends to assist the Agency in delivering its employment value proposition considering total rewards and including but not limited to base pay programs and competitive market pricing ensuring compliance with Agency policy and government regulations.
