I manage learning programs across North America on the Learning & Development team at WE. This includes popular programs such as our External Speaker Series, Spotlight Series, and How We Did It series. I design and host manager panel sessions and run bi-monthly working labs for managers. I also create and lead virtual instructor led training for employees and have experience designing short, interactive online trainings. A highlight in this role was helping design, create, and launch our manager training series, Level Up. In my role I often partner closely with subject matter experts, speakers, hosts or panelists both internal to WE and external and provide guidance to help shape content that will be relevant across WE to educate and inspire employees. In the past I've hosted the internal Wisdom@WE podcast, interviewing employees across the company to share the latest learnings all wrapped up in a bite-sized treat.

As project manager for the Learning & Development (L&D) team at WE Communications, I manage key informal learning programs including Back Story Tuesday, the External Speaker Series program and Digital Strategies Q&A sessions. I proactively drive a regular cadence for these programs, including sourcing speakers and managing coordination, scheduling and logistics, and I partner with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

As project manager for the Microsoft Executive team, I am responsible for helping drive forward the agency’s gold standard initiative, client relations management and other agency investment activities such as the account's monthly team health check, annual client survey and large client appreciation events.

I have over seven years experience in the communications training field at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide. Expertise includes: conducting verbal and written needs analysis to recommend specific training programs; coordinating and scheduling spokesperson trainings; collaborating with a variety of external clients, contractors and colleagues across the globe; managing employees locally and globally; overseeing financials and tracking revenue.
