As the CRC (Contractor Relationship Coordinator) for Apex Systems in Minneapolis, Sarah Schwalbach worked alongside the Account Managers and Recruiters to provide “best in class” customer service and enhance the overall “Apex Systems Experience” for our contractor workforce. Sarah Schwalbach was an advocate for Apex Contract Employees. Her goals were to establish a strong working relationship with her contractors, communicate regularly, help with the onboarding processes and travel, and help contractors find new opportunities when they completed an assignment.
