• Led recruitment by scheduling and managing preliminary screen evaluations of candidates and in-person interviews. • Create a presentation for the selection committee to appropriately assess potential candidate eligibility and skills against the program's needs by summarizing application documents, reference letters, and interview evaluations. • Ran all programming and administration supporting medical residents in their training pursuits, including recruitment, selection, system training for 25+ staff, credentialing and tracking, and managing monthly schedules for over 400 people.• Data collector for Program Director, Vice Chairs Office, and Section Chief, in addition to compiling 13 years of longitudinal data for IRB research by managing and analyzing raw data for 277 participants across 19 key data points. • Responsible for all programming including recruitment, annual reporting, expense tracking, program operations, and budget review• Coordinated all administrative program operations including utilizing software management system to manage monthly schedules for over 400 people• Proactively provided software management system training for over 25 coordinators across departments
