-Lead and manage Client Service for IRI’s Retail Gateway including Costco, CVS, Speedway, HEB and 7-Eleven. -Manage four employees and currently designing and building larger client service team. -Set up and execute client service/operational functions on new Gateway launches such as Speedway which launched in spring 2015. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, implement, maintain and enhance client databases.-Manage database item mapping from backend system to end user to ensure data security and quickly execute client changes. -Partner with internal and external IT on data investigations resulting in resolution of client issues and questions. -Provide user client support by answering questions on data, measures, insights and tool functionality.-Team up with IRI Gateway Product Managers on tool enhancements and end user value-adds which increase client satisfaction. This includes new functionality, measures, reports and data assets. -Work with Costco Executives and IRI Legal department on vendor approvals and third party agreements to ensure data security.
