Youth for Peace Initiative is an organization that was established in 2019 in Jordan and led by passionate young people, YPI helps accelerate the achievement of the SDGs by promoting the values of peacebuilding activities between Jordanian and Syrian youth. Youth for Peace Initiative also facilitates access to educational and capacity-building opportunities with reliable resources for youth to gain skills and become influential leaders and peacebuilders in their communities.

The first #DOTYouth Street Team will consist of 50 youth with already-underway and impactful COVID-19 response initiatives in Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, Lebanon, and Jordan.
