As an OCS Tier 2 and a Flight Coordinator at Air Evac Lifeteam, I have been contributing to the mission of providing life-saving air medical transport services for over four years. I attended trade school to learn Medical/Clinical Assistant from PCI Health Training Center, and I use my skills in active listening, attention to detail, and air medical transport to coordinate flights, communicate with crews, patients, and hospitals, and ensure compliance and safety standards. I am passionate about helping people in need and providing quality care and service. I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance.
