Previously a HR Managing Consultant at IBM, where I worked as a Graduate Manager for the award winning Global Business Services (GBS) "Associates Programme". Managing, coaching and supporting approximately 40 Graduates, seen as “the future Leaders of GBS” for the duration of the 2 year Programme.
