I work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer. Managing the CMO's calendar, scheduling appointments, scheduling and making travel arrangements via Egencia and Swabiz, managing the companies online store, and help support and coordinate internal and customer conferences and events. As well as the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. I utilize Mail Chimp and Constant Contact to facilitate mass customer communications as well as internal communications.

I assisted the Sales Reps in their selling efforts by organizing sales meetings and group presentations. I utilized Quickbooks, Sales Force, and Power Point to prepare monthly sales reports, quotations and orders. I helped to develop new leads and generate inside sales while assisting with customer requests. I also attended and participated in sales meetings and trade shows.

Sales Support and Fulfillment. Processing, preparing, placement and invoicing of purchase orders. Assisted Sales Managers with design and implementation of promotional branding programs. I managed and supplied customer support for many on-line stores. I was responsible for inventory purchasing and product sourcing along with tracking store inventory and replenishment through monthly reporting and invoicing.
