• Processing the Departments drawdown’s and Receipting of revenue received into CBMS
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Assist in the coordination of the Departments credit cards
• Systems used SAP, CBMS, Microsoft Office suiteI left the Department to travel the UK and Europe

• Perform financial tasks as required in projects undertaken with various Government Departments
• Manage my time with work and meetings as required
• Assist the partners where necessary

• Complete tax returns for individuals, businesses, and superannuation funds including BAS
• Create and complete journal entries and financial statements
• Use different accounting software including Handisoft and MYOB as well as Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel
• Reconcile accounts and statements
• Assist the partners with client tax related questions and issues
