With almost 25 years of experience within the FMCG industry including The Collective, innocent drinks and Mars, I am passionate about leading teams and growing challenger brands, creating innovation that delivers growth and positive change for all stakeholders, including our planet. As the leader of The Collective I oversee the UK and Europe strategy, operations, sales and marketing of our premium yoghurt brand with our talented and diverse team. I am also a Kea World Class New Zealander, an honour that recognises my contribution to global export markets and my advocacy for Aotearoa. Previously, I was the General Manager at The Collective NZ, where I led the business through a significant transition period and profit growth. I also served as a Non Executive Director at James Crisp Ltd, a leading food importer and distributor, and I currently hold advisor roles for a number of start up food businesses.My core strengths include leading accelerated growth, building high performing engaged teams and cultures, purpose and consumer led brand building and innovation. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, collaborate, and make a positive difference within the industry.
