Responsibilities included:- Led team of designers and facilitators to produce human-centered design sessions for executive teams across industries that drive toward stakeholders' desired outcomes in an accelerated timeline in order to create new programs, products, and initiatives- Focused on strategy, DEI, ESG, and sustainability workshops for energy clients, national, state, and local governments, and nonprofits- Served as interim Charlotte wavespace Team Leader, trained new teammates, created FY22 success metrics, and worked with senior leadership to re-open the physical Charlotte wavespace- Developed and implemented new approach for fully virtual innovation sessions due to COVID-19

Queen City Fintech is a global financial technology accelerator composed of two cohorts per year of early-stage fintech companies that connects high growth startups to Charlotte's leading financial services institutions, capital providers, mentors, and civic leaders.
