- Built multichannel communications programs leveraging modern, digital techniques to drive meaningful client engagement across the North American life insurance landscape- Created end-to-end strategic client communications and promotional strategies disseminated across digital touchpoints including email marketing, corporate website, and social media- Managed project completion and publication of bilingual print and digital materials such as white papers and journal articles in collaboration with internal stakeholders- Established consistency in design, messaging and tone across all communications and developed an editorial process to support and promote thought leadership that increase exposure of Munich Re’s expertise- Maintained stakeholder relationship through corporate sponsorship and donation program with local community and industry affiliates. - Analysed campaign performance and optimized approach based on internal and industry benchmarks- Executed large-scale social events with live entertainment, music, and catering for over 100 targeted guests. - Created event assets and materials such as pop-up banners, signage, handouts, etc. to establish consistency in branding and communication. Liaised with vendors (venue, entertainment, catering, AV, furniture rentals, etc.) to execute both large-scale and intimate in-person events. - Oversaw gifting and merchandising inventory.

Lead website overhaul of Biomedical and Biological Engineering (BMME)'s researchers list. Made faculty list searchable and indexed according to research areas in order to aid incoming graduate students in finding a supervisor. Designed new layout.

Worked with Professor Andrew Piper and his research team on Visuals of Knowledge project to identify emergence of graphical illustration in scholarly literary journals.
