I am an adjunct professor in the Master of Coaching and Athletic Administration, and Master of Science in Coaching and Exercise Science Graduate program at Concordia University Irvine. Concordia Irvine’s Master's in Coaching and Athletics Administration and is the nation’s number one athletics graduate program. In this role I am preparing the next generation of athletic leaders to have a foundational understanding of sport, and their role in affecting positive change in the lives of their athletes and organizations in which they participate.

The MCAA 582 Women in Sports class I teach examines the historical, contemporary, and future perspectives of women in sport. Reviews insights from history, psychology, and sociology related to women in sport, as well as athletes' perceptions of their performance. Focuses on information and issues which are fundamental to understanding women's participation in sport.

The MCAA 576/ MSCE 576 course I teach will provide volleyball coaches with advanced training in volleyball including coaching philosophy; difference in the men's and women's games; training techniques in practice; coaching strategy; use of technology; sand volleyball; and running of high school, club, and collegiate programs. Various skills such as attacking, blocking, setting, defense, passing, and serving will be examined to improve technical and tactical understanding of the game of volleyball.

Mentor, lead, and instruct athletes in the sport of volleyball and life.

I was a part of launching the Edition Hotel Brand in Waikiki Hawaii, and participated in creative processes during the construction phase of this lifestyle hotel brand. The Limited EDITION Store at The Lobby store at The Waikiki Beach EDITION, seeks to redefine the retail experience through specialty curated products that attract customers lifestyle while on a resort stay. I participated in the curating process in bringing brand awareness to a new market. My day to day duties included running a retail store from back end to customer service, encompassing all duties in HR, operations, sales, merchandising, recruiting, and training. Engage with front of house to ensure promotion of the Edition Brand.

Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy. Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result. Drive store sales on the customer end by researching target market and meeting merchandising objectives.

After earning my Bachelors in Fashion Design, my passion for fashion immersed me into management roles in retail. I was at the consumer end of fashion, driving sales, customer satisfaction and leading teams to represent the brand. I was apart of launching the Club Monaco brand at their first retail store in Hawaii at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Being apart of the launch I was able to direct creative processes in store construction, and initiating brand awareness in a new market. I was in charge of back end processes including HR, operations, to front end customer service through employee training and retention and merchandising.
