Research, write & administer grants from local, state and federal agencies and private foundations.

Managed and administered statewide arts and cultural grants supporting museums, zoos, science centers and botanical gardens, and artists through general program support and projects. Developed and managed the Fast Track Grants Program that provides project funding for small arts and cultural organizations. Part of a grants team that managed about 800 grants annually. I managed on average about 150 to 200 grants annually, which includes application review for eligibility, contracts, payments, grant budgets, reports, site visits, audits, contract amendments, and recruited panelists for annual review of applications. Provided technical assistance, grant workshops and webinars. Lead program manager for guideline and program changes and rule promulgation process. Presented grant session at annual statewide museum conference.

Worked with Program Managers to develop and edit grant program guidelines; special projects, interactive Acrobat forms, and Executive Assistant to the Director.

Managed Museum of Florida History’s Traveling Exhibit Program to include renting, shipping and receiving exhibits.

Assisted with the annual statewide History Fair for middle and high school students. Prepared travel requests and reimbursements.
