Reviewed within this strategy were timings, implementing new processes to streamline paperwork, reduction of handling of products and ensuring the outcome was communicated to all staff effectively.- Provides management reports including turnover, absence and salary benchmarking to Directors including an annual pay review to ensure we are attracting and retaining staff.- Develops new policies as required and ensure handbook is current. Most recently created the GDPR policy and implemented it across the group- Support and undertake, when necessary, the processing of the weekly payroll.
