CareerOne is a leading digital employment brand offering a unique job-hunting experience and innovative corporate solutions for candidate sourcing, talent management, and employer branding. As part of the Media Sales team, my role was to respond to incoming agency briefs & proactively source opportunities in market for the Media Sales team. With the use of analytics, insights & strategic industry data, I actively contributed to the team's success through business-to-business marketing initiatives and proactive lead generation.

The National Health Performance Authority was an independent government agency that monitored and reported on the performance of public and private hospitals, primary health care organisations and other bodies that provide health care services to the community.As part of the communications team, I was responsible for the creation and delivery management of digital content for two websites, MyHospitals.gov.au and MyHealthyCommunities.gov.au, with a key focus on converting printed publications into digestible, accessible online content. I also played a leading role in internal brand management and cross agency projects from ideation to execution, as well as mentoring junior staff. My role was key in building strategies for government ecosystems transitioning towards a truly digital online experience.

In this role I was responsible for the media coordination, public relations support, and stakeholder engagement process across all State and Federal Government agencies to release sensitive health data to the public on a regular basis.

The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) is a statutory authority that oversees the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and works with the state and territory regulatory authorities to implement and administer the early childhood education sector in Australia.As a foundational staff member, I was part of the team to establish key communications channels for educators and families with a focus on digital and social media. My role encompassed a diverse range of complex projects, including managing the redevelopment of the ACECQA website, social media community management, website & newsletter content production, stakeholder engagement, digital agency management, strategy development, and enquiries management.
