I plan, execute, and provide overall direction for World Challenge conferences, events, and workshops. I also contribute to the creation of meaningful and impactful events that generate brand awareness, foster strong partner network relations, and increase lead generation, revenue, and partner loyalty.

Perceiving the need for inexpensive quality childcare, I opened this program with a start-up budget of just $5000. The program has grown to multiple church locations, serving over 340 children annually and providing $500,000 in revenue while bridging the gap between churches and their community.
